Terms & Conditions
Effective date: May 3, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Beyer Music Resources and the Music Educator’s Worksheet Generator (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, or by purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and purchase a subscription.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation
-
Subscription term: Subscriptions are offered on an annual, bi-annual, or lifetime basis as described at checkout.
-
Billing: You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for subscription/product fees, plus applicable taxes.
-
Cancellation: You cannot technically cancel your subscription since the subscriptions do not renew automatically. Once your subscription expiration date arrives, you will lose access to premium worksheet features until you purchase a new subscription.
-
Lifetime Access: Grants access for the lifetime of the Service. It is not a perpetual license if the Service is discontinued (see Section 15).
-
Price changes: If we change subscription pricing, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by posting within the Service or by email) before the new price takes effect.
-
Multiple Subscriptions: You may purchase a new subscription while an existing subscription is still active. In such cases, the new subscription term will be added to your current expiration date, effectively extending your access period. We do not issue refunds or prorated credits for overlapping subscriptions.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or prorated credits, except where required by law.
6. License and Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal and educational purposes. You may use worksheets you generate for classroom/educational use. You may not resell access to the Service, share accounts outside your household/organization (unless expressly permitted by your plan), or use the Service to build a competing product.
You retain ownership of any worksheets you generate for your personal and educational use. You may print, distribute, and use them in your classroom or organization. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the worksheets themselves.
7. Worksheet Generation (On-the-Fly)
The Service generates worksheets based on the inputs you provide. Worksheets are generated on the fly and are not stored by us as part of normal operation. You are responsible for saving, printing, or otherwise retaining any worksheets you wish to keep. Generated worksheets are provided “as is,” and we make no guarantees regarding their musical accuracy, educational suitability, or suitability for any particular curriculum.

10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRAD BEYER AND BEYER MUSIC RESOURCES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. 12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, internet failures, or government actions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, regardless of where you are located, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
15. Service Availability and Discontinuation

Discontinuation of Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. In the event that we permanently discontinue the Service:
-
Users with active annual or multi-year subscriptions will receive a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of their subscription period.

Users who purchased Lifetime Access will receive access to all currently available content for a minimum of 3 months following the discontinuation notice, after which access may be terminated. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.
No Liability for Discontinuation. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when they were last revised. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
